How Famed Dance Song Was Created

French electronic duo Justice catapulted to dance floor-hero status with "D.A.N.C.E.," a 2007 charmer that sampled Michael Jackson and came with quite a music video.

The always funny producers told HuffPost earlier this year that they're shocked to have been included in the wave of electronic dance music that's currently the rage in the United States. "We never really intended to make dance music," de Rosnay said. "It's fun that there's this bit of a misunderstanding that most people think we are a dance music band. We don't know why, because we've never made a club track. Maybe it comes from the fact that we DJ'd a lot and when we DJ we play mostly club tracks, and very few of our own."
