Not since "The Legend of Sleepy Hollow" have we been so intrigued by a headless human.
For his "Missing Heads" series, mischievous photographer Andy Vible replaces human heads with everyday objects, then poses the uncanny hybrids to appear as if they're performing mundane activities. Sounds creepy, right?
Vible's absurd anatomies are playful in photographic form, but we can only imagine how terrifying they'd be IRL. Vible's brother explained: "When his sculptures aren't in shows, he keeps them in my parent's basement because there isn't enough room in his house. When they have people over they have to explain that they're not murderers."
