Shared Doctor Visits Increasing -- But Why?

Would you be willing to discuss your health issues with your doctor -- in front of other patients?

TIME reports that more and more doctors are offering shared medical visits -- going from 6 percent in 2005 to 13 percent in 2010.

While doctor visits may seem like one of those things that should just be unconditionally private, TIME reports that there are actually benefits, including longer visits and a support group of other people.
