Before I tried yoga, I was always very skeptical of the "workout." I just thought, "If I am going to exercise, I want to, you know, actually burn calories, and how does standing with your leg out do that?" Yes, Gwyneth Paltrow loves yoga and looks great, but I think she practices it for six hours a day. Who has that kind of time? Also, it seemed to me that a lot of people were just doing it for the outfits.
