Gabrielle Union Shows Her Bikini Body In Instagram Pic

Gabrielle Union shows us what it's like to be fabulous at 40 in a new bikini'd Instagram.

Union posted a photo Tuesday of her wearing a white bikini, a cowboy hat and a smile while on vacation at the Esperanza Resort in Cabo San Lucas, Mexico, with boyfriend and NBA star Dwyane Wade. The actress looks fresh-faced and happy in the double-framed shot.

How does Union get her swimsuit body? Her trainer Ahmad Baari told Us Weekly the "Think Like A Man Too" star does 90-minute sessions, including 15 to 20 minutes of stretching. Her diet is complete with organic foods.

"With her body, she's a natural athlete," he told the magazine last year. "Depending on her schedule we'll do about three or four months that I will see her regularly, she'll leave and then come back and we work to get her back to where she wants to be. She tells me exactly what she needs."

Union was featured in People magazine's 2013 Most Beautiful issue and revealed her beauty secret is drinking a gallon of water a day. She also credits her 31-year-old beau with keeping her youthful.
