Nina Dobrev, Julianne Hough Turn Heads At Cosmopolitan's Summer Bash

Nina Dobrev and Julianne Hough put their friendship on full display as they stepped out for Cosmopolitan's Summer Bash at Palihouse in West Hollywood last night (Aug. 10).

Hough, along with other celebrities like Topher Grace, Candice Accola and Steven R. McQueen, supported Dobrev, who is Cosmo's September cover star. In the issue, Dobrev opens up about her relationship with the "Safe Haven" star, admitting that their new single-lady status isn't what they bonded over.

"That's not what our friendship is about," the "Vampire Diaries" actress explained. "Unfortunately, that's how it's perceived, but there's more to us. People aren't defined by their relationships. The whole point is being true to yourself and not losing yourself in relationships, whether romances or friendships."

Dobrev, 24, wowed in a yellow Julien McDonald dress with Elie Saab shoes while Hough, 25, donned a Camilla and Marc frock and Brian Atwood heels.
