Wednesday morning Susana Privada arrived at Miami's Jackson Memorial Hospital in pain. "I just [asked] for the wheelchair, but I say at the same time, 'It's out, it's out,'" she told WSVN.

“I could feel the baby coming,” Privada told CBS Miami. “All I could do was drop to the lobby floor.”
Luckily, a nurse happened by just at the right time to deliver the baby girl who had the umbilical cord wrapped around her neck.
"I was actually running, because I didn't want to be late for my job," Libardo Lozano told NBC 6. "When I entered, I saw a woman that was laying down on the floor. The natural reaction was to see what [she needed]."
