Anthony Weiner Spanish-Language Ad 'El Futuro' Attempts To Lure Latino Voters (VIDEO)

WATCH: Weiner Releases Spanish-Language Ad

In an attempt to appeal to Latino voters in New York City, Anthony Weiner's campaign released a Spanish-language ad titled "El Futuro" on Wednesday.

The video features the mayoral candidate speaking in Spanish to narrate various policy points, including "cortando taxes para la clase media" (cutting taxes for the middle class) and "hacer viviendas mas accesible" (making housing more accessible).

The ad wisely made no mention of "Carlos Danger," Weiner's now infamous sexting screenname, that prompted opponent Rev. Erick Salgado to demand Weiner issue an apology to the Latino community.

A Wall Street Journal-NBC 4 New York-Marist poll found rival Christine Quinn to be leading among Latino voters at 27 percent.
