LOOK: What's Going On Between These Two?

“La Chica Dorada” singer Paulina Rubio is teaming up with Demi Lovato on the judges panel of “X-Factor.”

“X-Factor” creator Simon Cowell added more Latino flavor to the show when he brought on Rubio and sat her next to Lovato, who will appear for a second season, in hopes of making season 3 of the show even more exciting.

Rubio, 42, and Lovato, 21, are both of Mexican descent. Rubio was born in Mexico City and though Lovato was born in New Mexico she was taught to love her ethnicity and Hispanic culture by her Mexican side of the family.

Since signing on, Rubio seems to be enjoying her new gig, tweeting behind-the-scenes photos of the filming of the show and showing off pictures taken with her new coworker Lovato.

The two have been photographed hugging, smiling and donning the same color tresses and similar makeup. Rubio even tweeted a photo with this caption: “My little sister and she is learning espanol.”

Lovato is also showing Rubio love via Twitter posting a photo collage of her “X-Factor” family and a photo of herself and Rubio, both sporting feathered hair and red lipstick– they almost look like twins!

Season 3 of “X-Factor” will have a two-night premiere Wednesday and Thursday September 11 and 12 at 8/7 p.m. Central on FOX.
