Prince Karim Aga Khan IV's Guesthouse Reportedly Once Entertained Catherine Deneuve and Brigitte Bardot (PHOTOS)

PHOTOS: An 8,600-Square-Foot "Guesthouse" Where Bardot Once Partied

Prince Karim Aga Khan IV loved to host amazing parties back in his day. And the luxurious pieds dans l’eau villa on Sardinia's Costa Smeralda in Italy is proof of that.

Although this incredible property was never actually owned by Aga Khan, he did develop and run the guesthouse for the Yacht Club Costa Smeralda, where according to Curbed, he hosted the likes of Catherine Deneuve and Brigitte Bardot. Now the 8,600-square-foot villa is on sale by Sotheby's Realty for an undisclosed price.

Designed by Italian architect Luigi Vietti, the property has 13 bedrooms and 12 bathrooms. Not to mention the seriously impressive views of the coast. Scroll through our photos to see this place, and be sure to head over to Curbed and Sotheby's for more information.
