'Burn Notice' Series Finale Sneak Peek: Michael And Madeline Share A Tough Moment (VIDEO)

Michael Says Goodbye On 'Burn Notice'

The long-running USA series "Burn Notice" bows out for good on Thursday, and we already know the last episode will be suitably explosive.

But one of the mainstays of the drama, which premiered in 2007, has been the relationship between burned spy Michael Westen (Jeffrey Donovan) and his resourceful mother, Madeline (Sharon Gless).

In HuffPost TV's exclusive clip from "Reckoning," Thursday's series finale, Michael tells his mother that he has to hit the road and that he may be gone for some time. The clip is only about 90 seconds long but, thanks to Gless and Donovan, it packs a serious emotional punch.

The "Burn Notice" series finale airs 9 p.m. ET Thursday on USA.
