The house that was the site of the raging party in the Valley in the 1995 cult classic film "Clueless" just went on the market for $825,000. A contemporary Granada Hills, Calif. home, at first glance at the listing, you'll see the typical desirable features of the area: It's on a large corner lot, has high ceilings, a double-sided fireplace, and a large pool and basketball court.

But the detail that the listing fails to mention is one that (if you grew up in the '90s) you're sure to flip over: The "Clueless" connection!

At 3,974 square feet, this five-bedroom ranch is where Cher had beer spilled on her heels, Murray had his head shaved and where Tai almost got a concussion. Although, it seems that the countertop that Elton helped her up on has since been upgraded to granite.

We spoke with listing agent Kate Christensen who confirmed that the real estate was in fact featured in the '90s flick. The address also appears in Curbed's Ultimate Clueless Guide in case you would like to tour the rest of their 'hood, including Cher and Dionne's homes, Travis' skateboard park and, of course, the mall.
