Gus, Central Park Zoo Polar Bear, Remembered In Song (VIDEO)

WATCH: Central Park's Beloved Polar Bear Remembered In Song

Gus, the beloved Central Park Zoo polar bear who died last month, was famous for his apparent depression.

His death inspired musician Marc Philippe Eskenazi to write a song called "Restlessness." Jonah Green directed the music video.

"I'm half prisoner of war, half ambassador to New York," goes one lyric. "Do you realize I could kill you?"

Eskenazi recently bid adieu to another New York City staple, the Fung Wah Bus, with the song "Farewell Fung Wah."
