John Elefante Anti-Abortion Music Video 'This Time' Tells Story Of Adopted Daughter's Birth

WATCH: Rocker's Provocative 'Choose Life' Video Tells Of Adopted Daughter's Birth

In a provocative new music video that he says is about "choosing life," former Kansas frontman John Elefante tells the story of his adopted daughter's birth.

The 55-year-old rocker is stirring strong feelings with the video (watch above) for his single "This Time," which features a pregnant teen trying to escape an abortion clinic as she comes face to face with the daughter she may never have.

"I can't imagine life without my daughter, Sami, and it just breaks my heart that pregnant young women much like her birth mother, instead of choosing life for their babies, are denying them the chance to be born," Elefante writes in the YouTube description. "If our song can in any way bring attention to this issue and encourage those who are considering abortion to choose life through options such as adoption, then we couldn't be happier."

The multiple Grammy winner says he wanted "This Time" to call attention to Online For Life, an organization that "rescues babies from abortion." The video has generated a strong reaction on YouTube and has been covered in several Christian outlets. It's also getting lots of attention at Elefante's Facebook page.
