Sergio Seanez Allegedly Steals 'Midget Porn' DVDs, Sets Home On Fire: Cops

Teens Set Home On Fire In 'Midget Porn' Heist: Cops

It's the little things that get you... arrested.

Sergio Seanez, 18, and a 17-year-old accomplice broke into a mobile home in Chaparral, N.M. last month, pilfering "multiple DVD's relating to Midget Pornography," according to a criminal complaint obtained by The Smoking Gun and published Tuesday.

Though the complaint used the word "midget," this term is typically considered offensive, with dwarves preferring to be called "little people."

The two also allegedly stole electronics, kitchen appliances and a mirror before setting the home on fire.

Seanez was charged with burglary, arson, breaking and entering, and contributing to the delinquency of a minor. He is scheduled to appear in court Sept. 23.

With more than 1.2 million years of porn available for free on the Internet, it's pretty surprising that anyone is breaking into homes to steal it, but apparently they are.

In February, one connoisseur had $7,500 worth of porn films stolen from his Michigan home. Don't worry, though -- he got it back.
