Miley Cyrus, Sinead O'Connor Mashup Is Surprisingly Magical (VIDEO)

WATCH: Surprisingly Magical Miley-Sinead Mashup

It's an unlikely pairing, but somehow, DJ Robin Skouteris has made Miley Cyrus and Sinead O'Connor go together like PB and J.

Mixing Cyrus' hit "Wrecking Ball" with O'Connor's 1990 classic "Nothing Compares 2 U," Skouteris has created a moving medley that breathes new life into its individual parts.

"Wow. I actually like this," wrote one impressed netizen after watching the surprising mashup.

Cyrus and O'Connor may meld together harmoniously in Skouteris' mix, but the two singers have clashed in the public sphere in recent days.

The feud began last week when O'Connor attempted to reach out to the 20-year-old star in an open letter, advising the young woman to protect herself in a business that "doesn't give a s--t about you."

In a scathing response, Cyrus -- who had previously told Rolling Stone that the music video for "Nothing Compares 2 U" had inspired that of "Wrecking Ball" -- slammed O'Connor on Twitter, comparing the Irish singer-songwriter to Amanda Bynes.

To that, O'Connor shot back with a second letter, in which she criticized the "We Can't Stop" singer of being "dangerous and irresponsible."

"Miley… Really? Who the f--k is advising you? Because taking me on is even more f--kin’ stupid than behaving like a prostitute and calling it feminism," O'Connor wrote. "You have posted today tweets of mine which are two years old, which were posted by me when I was unwell and seeking help so as to make them look like they are recent. In doing so you mock myself and Amanda Bynes for having suffered with mental health issues and for having sought help."
