Today marks the end of Hispanic Heritage Month. HuffPost Live took the opportunity to revisit the debate over what it means exactly to be "Latino" or "Hispanic" in the United States.
The only thing that's 100 percent clear is that the Latino experience can't be easily pinned down. Latinos are united by birth or descent from the countries of Latin America and -- depending on your definition -- Spain. But beyond that, what unites us is difficult to define.
