Can TV handle any more gore?
That was the question HuffPost Live posed today when they asked if gore-filled shows like "The Walking Dead," "American Horror Story" and "Hannibal" were bad for viewers.
HuffPost's Maureen Ryan, said she worries about the ever-moving goalpost for what is an acceptable level of gore and horror on TV while horror author Stephen Graham Jones argued that horror is actually "...not in the gore, the gore is just a trigger to launch us into a horror space where everything is more intense."
