Someone new wants in on all the "Revenge" action this season. Still angry about what the family has cost him, Jack threatened to expose Emily to the Graysons if she didn't let him help take them down. During their investigation into the car accident that put Conrad in the hospital, Jack not only was able to confirm that Conrad was driving, he also noted that someone tampered with the brakes.
It was a tough episode this week for Emily, who felt like she was losing control of things. After losing Father Jack last week, she got into a fight with Daniel, who's becoming more and more a Grayson every week -- this week he lied to protect his father and his own name about the accident. She lost control of Jack, who forced his way into the investigation. And then there's Aiden.
Aiden found out that Emily revealed her true identity and motives to Jack, and then Aiden called an audible. At least, it looked like he was acting on his own agenda when he told Conrad that it was Jack who'd tampered with his brakes. That's certainly going to put Jack's life in danger again.
For losing control of the players around her, Buddy TV's Carla Day called Emiily one of her "losers" for this episode. "She doesn’t have much going right for her, except her friendship with Nolan.”

As for Nolan, he got a pleasant moment with someone other than Emily. He shared a kiss with a most unexpected character -- Victoria's duplicitous son, Patrick. "This is one of the best twists of the season thus far," wrote Hollywood Life's Avery Thompson. "I can’t wait to see where this goes."
