Kate Middleton Is One Seriously Glam Mommy In A Navy Jenny Packham Gown (PHOTOS)

PHOTOS: Kate Middleton Gets Into A Glam Evening Gown One Day After George's Christening

Just one day after showing off her adorable son (and her flawless carrying skills -- that little satin gown looked slippery!) at Prince George's christening, the Duchess of Cambridge is back on the social circuit... and back in a gorgeous evening gown.

Kate attended the 100 Women In Hedge Funds Gala Dinner in Aid of Action on Addiction on Thursday, only her second formal solo appearance since Prince George's birth this summer. Held at the State Apartments at Kensington Palace, the gala benefits Action on Addiction, one of Kate's charitable patronages since 2012.

For her ritzy night on the town (think Will babysat George?), Kate chose a dramatic navy silk tulle gown with a black velvet belt by one of her go-to designers, Jenny Packham. With a sexy deep-V neckline, Catherine looked as glam as ever and betrayed no signs of new mommyhood exhaustion. Perhaps her new son is sleeping through the night already?
