"I want it," Cybill Shepherd told E! about a "Moonlighting" movie.

Don't get too excited "Moonlighting" fans, it seems that this is a dream project of Shepherd's since no other parties involved with the original series have yet to comment on a movie version of the hit series. "Invite [show creator] Glenn Gordon Caron and tell Bruce Willis! I'm ready," Shepherd said.

"Moonlighting" ran for five seasons from 1985-1989 and starred Bruce Willis and Shepherd.

It was a hit with audiences and critics, until a ratings decline and eventual cancellation, but the series is still remembered fondly for the romantic tension between its two lead actors, hence why almost 30 years since its premiere reunion movie rumors still surface every now and then. Back in 2009, "Variety" reported that Willis was go for a movie, but only if Caron, the creator would be involved.
