Exercises You Can Do While Watching TV, From Dolvett Quince (WATCH)

Want an easy workout to do while you're watching TV? Dolvett Quince, "The Biggest Loser" trainer and author of "The 3-1-2-1 Diet," recommends using a fitness band to get the maximum amount of resistance for your workout. Step on the resistance band with one foot, and do bicep curls. It's a great way to tone your arms, shoulders, and biceps. Work at your own pace, but aim for between 30-50 curls per arm for the best results.
