Designer Kara Smith Takes Us Inside Some Glam Celebrity Digs (PHOTOS)

PHOTOS: An Office You'll Love Working In... Even On A Monday

We suppose a good cup of coffee or a motivational talk could help us shake off those lingering Monday blues, but one look through designer Kara Smith's portfolio of residential and hospitality work gave us another idea -- we wouldn't mind logging some work hours in a dreamy office instead.

The home base for her interior design business, SFA Design, has all the inspiration we need with its Parisian-chic theme, Rococo details and live green topiaries. The office's black and white color palette is accented with metallic rose golds and other pops of color (and you know we're into the color black as of late), and then there are those grayish taupe wood floors.

Yes, please!

Smith's office space is a pretty accurate reflection of the glam she brings to her other interior design work, which includes the homes of actress Denise Richards and "Mad Men" costume designer, Janie Bryant, as well as suites at the Ritz, Four Seasons and Fountainebleau hotels.

Check out more photos of her swanky offices in Santa Barbara and Los Angeles and some of her residential projects in the slideshow below.
