Why Some Foods Make You Bloated, From Dr. Oz (VIDEO)

Why do some foods make you bloated? According to Dr. Oz , Daytime Emmy Award winning host of "The Dr. Oz Show," the best indicator of if you're eating correctly or not is by assessing how you look in the morning. If your face appears bloated or puffy, it is probably due to something you ate that your body found to be poisonous. Foods like Chinese food, which can contain MSG, or some wines which contain sulfides and preservatives, can cause this reaction in the body. When you wake up looking bloated, take note of what you ate 12 hours prior. If it happens again with the same food, chances are your body has a problem with what you're putting into it, and you should cut that particular food out of your diet.
