Rob Gronkowski Mocks Asian Fan, Says 'He Could Only Cook Fried Rice' (VIDEO)

WATCH: Patriots Player Catches Backlash For Mocking Asian Fan

Did Patriots tight end Rob Gronkowski cross the line when he mocked an Asian fan Sunday night at a tavern?

TMZ procured footage of the exchange (watch above).

Gronkowski was on hand for a Q&A at Bar Louie Restaurant in Foxboro, Mass., TMZ reported, when he noticed the man in his No. 87 jersey dancing in front of him.

"They told me he could only cook fried rice," Gronkowski cracked to the crowd. The player later added, "Leslie Chow right there," referring to Ken Jeong's kooky character from the "Hangover" movies.

The Huffington Post reached out to the Patriots for comment.

Gronkowski's remarks come at a delicate moment for the NFL. The league is sorting through the mess of Dolphins player Richie Incognito's alleged bullying of black teammate Jonathan Marshall through threats and racial slurs. And before the season, Eagles receiver Riley Cooper was caught on video threatening to "fight every n----r" at a concert.
