If we were asked about how a television works we'd probably either a) shrug or b) point to the wires in the back and then shrug. Leave it to the experimental Icelandic songstress Bjork to turn the mechanics of a television into a folkloric journey through a tiny town embedded in the device's insides.

Her fantastical tour through the television's circuit board -- which happened at some point in time when TVs were still cube-shaped -- includes logic like: "This looks like a city. Like a little model of a city. The houses, which are here, and streets. This is maybe an elevator to go up there. And here are all the wires. These wires, they really take care of all the electrons when they come through there."

It sounds more like a surrealist poem than a technological description. Ah, Bjork, you brilliant, magical creature. We wish we could see the world through your eyes, but we're content with the fact that this relic from your past made it to YouTube.
