'100 Days Of Summer,' New Bravo Reality Show Based In Chicago, Debuts In January (VIDEO)

Get ready for your closeup, Chicago: Bravo has green-lit a new reality show based in the Windy City and, no, it doesn't even have "mob" or "Capone" in the title.

But don't get too excited. Andy Cohen is still bogarting the "Real Housewives" franchise from Chicago for some unknown reason. Instead, the new show -- titled "100 Days of Summer" -- will feature a group of mostly Caucasian, conventionally attractive thirty(?)something Chicagoans as they go about a summer filled with "big parties and big drama," according to its Bravo page.

Among the cast are "lifestyle architect" Jay Michael, ex-Chicago Bear Ray Austin, jewelry entrepreneur Pascale Wellin, "eccentric former pageant queen" Phillips Demming, event promoter Vincent Anzalone and (apparently the "down to earth" one) veterinarian Tara Clack. So, in other words, people like exactly zero Chicagoans you've ever met in actual life.

According to a Bravo release, the six are "go-getters [who] only have a scant 100 days to accomplish the lofty personal and professional goals they set for themselves." Because, you know, we all just eat deep dish in our sweatpants on the couch the rest of the year.

Our favorite line from the promo trailer? "We talked about it with Jay at that hard-hat party."

The show will debut at 9 p.m. on Jan. 7 and, according to the Chicago Sun-Times, a half-hour preview special will air at 9:30 p.m. on Dec. 5 on Bravo.
