Malin Akerman, Roberto Zincone Split Just Months After Their Son's Birth

Sad news for Malin Akerman.

The actress and her rocker-husband Roberto Zincone have split after six years of marriage, The Huffington Post confirms. The couple just welcomed their first child, son Sebastian, in April.

"It's as amicable as can be, and they want to do what's best for their son," an insider tells Us Weekly, who was first to report the news. The pair, who began dating a decade ago, are reportedly in no rush to file divorce papers.

"No one has plans to file yet," another source explains to Us Weekly. "Honestly, Malin is not even ready to discuss it. It's a very sad time for her."

Akerman recently gushed about Zincone during an interview on "Live! With Kelly And Michael" in October, admitting that his Italian accent is extremely "sexy."

"The language of love, that was it," Akerman, 35, said of how she couldn't understand Zincone because of their language barrier. "We used to sit with a dictionary, literally with a dictionary, and try to understand one another because he didn't speak English and I didn't speak Italian. But we understood 'the look.' Unfortunately, [he speaks English now]."
