How To Reheat Food The Right Way, From Sandra Lee (VIDEO)

Is there a correct way to reheat food without drying it out? Sandra Lee, the Editor-in-Chief of Sandra Lee magazine, shared her method on Mondays with Marlo.

Sandra thinks the best way to reheat food, especially if you have a small oven or limited space, is all at once. She's a huge advocate of slow cookers, especially when it comes to keeping multiple dishes warm, whether it be bread pudding or a mulled wine beverage. She said many people don't even realize that you can bake in a slow cooker by placing paper towels underneath the lid.

Sandra recommends multi-cavity slow cooker from stores like Kmart, The Food Network or on the Home Shopping Network. "I'm a huge advocate of buffet style and people serving themselves," she said, and slow-cookers are a perfect answer for this style of hosting.
