Actress Emma Roberts is engaged to marry boyfriend and "American Horror Story" co-star Evan Peters, according to multiple sources.
Extra was the first to report that Peters proposed to Roberts over the holidays with a pink gold diamond ring in New York City. The two then headed to London to celebrate the new year.
On Sunday (Jan. 5), Roberts was spotted wearing a chunky piece of jewelry on her left hand as she arrived in New Orleans with her beau, E! News reported.
Both People magazine and Us Weekly confirmed the engagement with sources. However, a rep for Roberts was not immediately available for comment.
Roberts, 22, and Peters, 26, have been dating since 2012.
Last year, Roberts was arrested in Canada for a domestic violence incident involving Peters. Apparently, she got into a physical altercation with her boyfriend, leaving him with a bloody nose and a bite mark. She was summarily released and no charges were filed.
"It was an unfortunate incident and misunderstanding," read a joint statement released by Roberts and Peters following the arrest, obtained by Us Weekly. "Ms. Roberts was released after questioning and the couple are working together to move past it."
