Jacqueline Bisset Rambles Through Acceptance Speech At The Golden Globes

Jacqueline Bisset's Acceptance Speech Has Us Scratching Our Heads

When Jacqueline Bisset accepted the award for Best Supporting Actress, Miniseries or Movie at the 2014 Golden Globes Sunday (Jan. 12), she left a whole lot of people scratching their heads.

The 69-year-old snagged the award for her role in the BBC's "Dancing on the Edge." When she first heard her name called out, the actress was so stunned that it took her a few seconds to collect herself and head to the stage.

Once on stage, Bisset gave a bit of a rambling acceptance speech. At first, she stayed on topic when reminiscing about when she was a rising newcomer at the start of her career. Then, things went off track. She offered some of her own advice ("To look good, forgive everybody. It's the best beauty secret") and some of her mother's wisdom ("Go to hell and don't come back"). She also said the word s--t (which NBC did not censor).

The quips left some people questioning.

Even the New York Times' live bloggers were left speechless.
