Move over, pixie! The lob haircut, aka a longer version of a bob, is having a moment.
At this year's People Choice Awards, Queen Latifah debuted a new lob hairdo that looked stunning with her honey blonde hair color. And "Vanderpump Rules" reality star Katie Maloney also grabbed our attention with her brunette lob and pink lips.

BEST: Queen Latifah
All hail the queen! She is positively glowing with her golden lob haircut and bronzed complexion. And her '90s-inspired dark lipstick adds a beautiful contrast.
BEST: Katie Maloney
If you didn't know who Maloney was before (like us), this hair and makeup is sure to make you remember. The budding actress' hair looks super shiny and healthy. Plus, we can't get over how her big brown eyes and bright pink lips just pop.
BEST: Amy Adams
We'd like to welcome Adams back to the best beauty list with her slicked-back hair, dewy skin and coral-pink lips. It's a simple yet sophisticated look that anyone can recreate.
BEST: Melanie Diaz
This "Fruitvale Station" star is rocking yet another one of our fave slicked-back 'dos of the week. And her bold brows and burgundy lipstick make it even sexier.
BEST: Jennifer Hudson
Hudson's pixie haircut just keeps getting better every time we see her. Here, the singer and actress pairs it with contoured foundation, brown smokey eyeshadow and matte pink lips.
WORST: Britney Spears
While this is the best Spears has looked in years, we can't let this cornstarch yellow hair and overly-bronzed skin slide. A star of her caliber should have hair and makeup folks who can enhance her natural beauty, not mask it.
WORST: Sarah Michelle Gellar
We had to do a doubletake when we spotted Gellar at the People's Choice Awards wearing this unflattering updo, eye makeup and lip color. Together, the look makes her appear much older than she really is.
WORST: Ashley Rickards
Everyone has bad hair days, but this is absolutely horrendous. Rickard's jet black strands appeared glued to her scalp. Even though her makeup isn't the worst we've seen, along with that nude dress, it succeeds in washing out her milky complexion.
WORST: Sally Hawkins
This entire look can be described in one word: heavy. Hawkins' girly ringlets and thick eyeliner drag our eyes down. And that frosty pink lipstick is very outdated.
WORST: Jessica Chastain
Chastain misses the mark (again!) with understated hair and makeup that translates into a mess on the red carpet. The actress has such gorgeous red hair and flawless skin that we'd like to see more of someday.
