Jeremy Joseph And Teen Suspect Allegedly Robbed And Raped Pizza Delivery Woman

Two Canton, Ohio men are accused of robbing and raping a pizza delivery woman.

Jeremy Joseph, 20, and a 16-year-old male who lives with him are accused of kidnapping and raping a Papa John's pizza delivery woman Monday night. Police said the crimes took place when the victim delivered a pizza to Joseph's address.

The men then allegedly put her into the trunk of her car and drove the 33-year-old victim to a wooded area, where they forced her to have sex with both of them.

"The victim was forced to engage in sexual conduct with both of the suspects," Canton Police Capt. Dave Davis told CantonRep.com.

The suspects left the woman in the woods without clothing, and also abandoned the car, which had gotten stuck in the mud, police said.

The victim was discovered by a passerby, who got her clothes and picked her up. She was treated at an area hospital. Canton detectives and an FBI task force investigated, and arrests were made within hours.

The name of the 16-year-old suspect has not been released. Both suspects are charged with aggravated robbery, kidnapping and rape.
