Chris Hemsworth and his wife, Elsa Pataky, are adding a second and third child to their growing family. The couple debuted Pataky's baby bump on the Golden Globes red carpet, but failed to mention that Pataky's second pregnancy would be twice as special -- because they're having twins.
Hola! magazine first reported that Spanish model and actress Pataky is not only carrying twins but is also due in just a few short months.
Hemsworth, 30, and Pataky, 37, are already the proud parents of 20–month–old India Rose.
Family has become the top priority for the celebrity couple, who work to balance their family time with busy work schedules. "You have to make an effort and try to stay together as much as you can. If we start splitting and doing other things it’s not going to last," Pataky said of her marriage, in an interview with People.
Hemsworth couldn't agree more. For the "Thor" actor, being a father is the best experience he's had. "I love it. It’s the greatest thing I’ve ever been a part of. When I am at work, she’s what I’m thinking about, and when I’m not at work, she’s who I’m hanging out with!" he said of fatherhood and his relationship with his young daughter in an interview with Parade magazine. “I think [parenthood] brings out the child in all of us. That’s what’s so beautiful. It reminds you of the fascination you had with things, and how you can spend hours just being with someone. It’s amazing."
From the sound of it, these will be two very fortunate (and beautiful) babies.
