"They’re so delicious, and high in omega 3s," said Ellie. Though the omega 3s that come in seeds and nuts are not quite as potent as those found in fish, the body will still turn these nutrients into the active form.
Ellie loves to sprinkle the seeds onto cereal and yogurt for breakfast or into a smoothie or puddings for something healthy and sweet.
