Two new faces are joining ABC News.

NBC News' former anchor Mara Schiavocampo will move to the network to become the New York-based correspondent, ABC News reported Monday. She leaves NBC News were she was anchor of “Early Today” as well as host of MSNBC's "First Look." Schiavocampo announced her departure in December, calling it "bittersweet."

Bill Kristol, former conservative Fox News contributor was also reportedly hired as ABC News' new political commentator, according to Politico. Kristol will now be a regular face on "This Week with George Stephanopoulos," where he had been a frequent guest prior to the deal.

The pair of new hires to ABC News follows a string of departures from the network, including Katie Couric, Bill Weir, and conservative pundit and "This Week" panelist George Will.
