Stephen Colbert: Bill O'Reilly Is The Only One Talking About His 'Historic' Obama Interview

Stephen Colbert said Wednesday that everybody is still talking about Bill O'Reilly's interview with President Obama on Super Bowl Sunday — that is, if "everybody" is Bill O'Reilly.

The Comedy Central host mocked O'Reilly's overwhelming sense of pride about his pre-game interview with the president, which O'Reilly boasted "will go down in journalistic history."

"Everybody's talking about it-- from Bill O'Reilly on the 'O'Reilly Factor' to Bill O'Reilly anywhere there's a camera," Colbert said. "Everybody knows that on 'Superbill Sunday,' O'Reilly gave the interview of the that he will be talking about it for the next 10 years."

But Colbert is perhaps most excited that O'Reilly announced he would be auctioning off his interview notes at a starting bid of $10,000. Quite a "historic" moment, according to Colbert.

"Bill is historically auctioning off the historic notes of his historic interview," he said. "These notes were signed by the president, but more importantly, they were signed by Bill O'Reilly!"
