Brooke Burke-Charvet is a wife, mother of four, entrepreneur and cancer survivor. Now in her early 40s, she tells "Oprah: Where Are They Now?" how experience has helped her refocus her life with her second husband, actor David Charvet.
'What I've really learned is how to make my relationship and my man and myself a priority," the "Dancing with the Stars" co-host says.
"As a younger mom, I would've said it's all about the kids," she continues. "But now I feel really confident knowing romance matters. I want to have a passionate, romantic relationship. I need to carve out that time for us."
Life isn't always perfect, but she's optimistic. "I think it's just believing in forever and being flexible, you know?" she says.
Also in the episode, Burke-Charvet will open up about the shocking thyroid cancer diagnosis she received in 2012. "Oprah: Where Are They Now?" airs Friday at 9 p.m. ET on OWN.
