Immigration officials successfully captured a man they say took a picture of himself sexually abusing a 2-year-old.
In a press release, Immigration and Customs Enforcement posted three pictures of the suspect who allegedly committed the offense when he was a minor, thus his name and exact age was not provided.
From the press release issued on Tuesday:
HSI special agents investigating this case believe "John Doe," a young adult male between 18 and 20 years old, produced child pornography in which he photographed himself engaging in sexual contact with an African American baby girl 12 to 18 months old. Today the girl may be about 2 to 2 1/2 years old.

The suspect was thought to be in North Texas, according to the initial release. Authorities apprehended him just 30 hours after appealed to the public for help.
The operation was part of ICE's "Operation Predator," an "international initiative to protect children from sexual predators," according to the release.
