Jon Stewart Mocks Cable News' Obsession With 'Princeton Mom'

Jon Stewart Stands Behind 'Princeton Mom'

Jon Stewart wants to know why-- during Women's History Month-- it seems that nearly every cable news network is interviewing the one woman who he said thinks women have "too much equality."

Susan Patton, otherwise known as "Princeton Mom," has gotten a lot of air time as of late on MSNBC, CNN, NBC and Fox News for her controversial and seemingly anti-feminist beliefs.

"Here's what nobody is telling you," Patton writes. "Find a husband on campus before you graduate. Yes, I went there."

"You went where?" Stewart asked Thursday night. "To the 19th century?"

Patton has been widely criticized for her advice that young college women should devote 75 percent of their time to finding a mate because "they will never again have this concentration of extraordinary men to choose from."

"Extraordinary college men!" Stewart mocked, before pointing to an image of an apparently very drunk and shirtless college male. "He's single...but for how long?"
