Dr. Wayne Dyer has changed the lives of many with his popular self-help doctrines, so it comes as no surprise that he's also made a substantial positive impact on someone particularly close to him -- his daughter Tracy Dyer.
"He really passionately believes that everyone comes into this world with a dharma -- with something that they're good at, with something that they're meant to do -- and it's a shame when you get to the end of your life and you think, 'Did I do what I was really meant to do?'" she told HuffPost Live's Caroline Modarressy Tehrani.
With this advice in tow, Tracy proceed to leave her job on the corporate end of Best Buy and start Urban Junket, an eco-friendly bag line.
"There's 8 kids in my family, and [my dad has] always encouraged all of us to figure out what it is that we love," Tracy recounted. "He's done a great job of not being judgmental and not criticizing our choices, even if they may not have been his."
