This 'Pap Rap' Might Be The Best Thing About A Pap Smear

Gynecological health has never been so catchy.

We suspect that was the point of "Pap Rap," in which the self-proclaimed "social media smear pioneer" Nadia Kamil perfectly -- and euphoniously -- reminds women to get a pap smear.

Kamil, a comedian, writer and actress, successfully raps her way into our hearts with her newest video "Pap Rap." Included on the long list of tips and facts about getting a pap smear, Kamil reminds us that cervical cancer is not only the second most common type of cancer, but also the fifth deadliest.

For those still squeamish when it comes to that kind of doctor's visit, Kamil notes, "Remember that the nurse has seen 1,000 vaginas in his/her life," and (for easiest access), "wear a skirt, then all you have to take off is your underwear." Solid point.

So while it isn't the most fun way to spend an afternoon, go get a pap smear, ladies. In the wise words of Kamil: "It takes 30 seconds. It ain't a thrill, but it's fine. Honestly, it's fine."
