Students Reflect A Year After The Boston Marathon Bombings

In a metro area home to more than 60 college campuses, the Boston Marathon bombings was a moment thousands of students in the area will never forget.

Boston students joined HuffPost Live this week to reflect on the tragedy that occurred at the Marathon just one year ago.

Marlee Ehrlich, a sophomore at Harvard University, remembers how students came together to support one another in the midsts of all the chaos.

"I remember we were on lockdown, and it was a really, really beautiful day," Ehrlich said. "Everyone went into the yard ... and they were playing games just trying to relax one another so it was a very supportive environment."

Ezra Dunkle Polier, a recent graduate from Tufts University, recalled how "some people were still out and about, but it was definitely a tense time. Definitely a time that students rallied around each other."
