Family Eyes Lawsuit Over Botched Execution

Oklahoma does not have all of the lethal drugs necessary to carry out Lockett's execution set for this week. An Oklahoma court on Tuesday, March 18, 2014, rescheduled executions for Lockett on March 20, 2014 and Charles Warner, who was scheduled for March 27, 2014, so state prison officials will have more time to find a supply of drugs for the lethal injections.
