Powerful PSAs Give Everyone A Reason Not To Drink And Drive

In 2011, the National Highway Traffic Safety Administration reported that 226 children's deaths were caused by drunk drivers.

The nonprofit, Mothers Against Drunk Driving (MADD), is constantly working to reduce that devastating number. Now, in time for Mother's Day, they've released two powerful PSAs along with Poptent, and hope to target moms who want to protect their children (read: all moms).

In their "Ballerina" video, above, a clip of a girl in a car crash is followed up by the image of her mom watching her at a ballet recital -- implying that it could be one event or the other.

In "Rearview Mirror," a driving mom talks about safety, and then looks to her baby in the backseat.

The message is loud and clear: Keep yourself, your kids, and other kids safe -- never drink and drive.
