Seattle Seahawks cornerback Richard Sherman has said he's the best in the league at his position. Now he's getting paid like it. The two-time All-Pro signed a lucrative contract extension with the Seahawks on Wednesday, making him one of the highest-paid cornerbacks in NFL history, the Associated Press reported.
Not surprisingly, Sherman announced the deal on another platform where he dominates: Twitter.

"The terms of my deal are 4 years for a total of $57.4M with $40M guaranteed. There is no other city or team that I would want to play football for," Sherman wrote on his blog. "Greatness is realized from countless hours of work, studying, practice, sacrifice and courage. This is just the beginning and I will continue to set the bar higher and higher on and off the field."
