Life’s rotten,” reasoned Off!’s frontman, Keith Morris, small and bothered, crease-faced, dreadlocked, pacing. This was somewhere around the middle of a 50-minute, 22-song set on Monday night at Asbury Lanes, a bar and bowling alley here with low ceilings and focused sound. And this was his version of crowd riling: bad news first, then a suggestion. “So” he continued, “while you’re out there being abused, used, being treated unfairly, have fun and enjoy yourselves.”
