In a recent study done by PriceWaterhouseCooper, London has risen to the top as the shiniest, spiffiest city in all the land. The Big Smoke has pushed New York City out of the top spot this time and we can think of a few reasons why.
The sights to see are top notch, it's the best city in the world for higher education, the street art is pretty superb, and, oh right, it's the new billionaire capital of the world. So clearly, they've got it going on.
The extensive study, Cities of Opportunity, uses various factors to determine the "winners" (among others: technology readiness, economic clout, safety and cost). Thirty cities were analyzed in order to produce the data that inevitably reached the conclusion that London simply has it all.
While the study gives us all some stone cold facts to prove London is number one on our list, it's photos like these below that keep it number one in our hearts.
