The 'GoT' Battle Of Castle Black Features The Biggest Green Screen In Europe

Get Ready For The Biggest 'GoT' Battle Ever

There's only two episodes left of "Game of Thrones" Season 4, and things are only going to get more bloody and insane.

In the upcoming Episode 9, "The Watchers On The Wall," the Wildlings will arrive at Castle Black to fight the Night's Watch. It's supposed to be one of the biggest battles in "GoT" history, and yes, that's including Blackwater. Writers David Benioff and Dan Weiss told Entertainment Weekly, "It’s a very intense episode," and that even before the special effects were added, it still looked "magnificent."

However, when filming any scene at Castle Black, there's always one tiny problem -- The Wall doesn't actually exist. The writers told EW that their production team designed a massive top-of-The-Wall set with what is said to be the biggest green screen in Europe. Although the action won't start right away, Benioff said, "Once it gets going about 15 minutes into the episode it doesn’t stop."

Watch the preview for the episode above, and start praying for Jon Snow.
