How To Change Your Eating Habits In Less Than A Week

With many of us working around the clock, taking the time to sit down for a nutritious meal oftentimes gets traded for a quick bite on the go. Even with so few hours in the day, Jane Coxwell, author of “Fresh Happy Tasty” shared why we should still opt for cooking ourselves a healthy meal.

In a HuffPost Live interview, Coxwell explained that you can feel the results of clean eating almost instantly.

“The human body is so amazing because it changes so quickly," she told host Caroline Modarressy-Tehrani.“You crave more green if you eat more green. If I eat a lot of pizza and I’m drinking more beer than I should, that’s all I want. But I don’t feel good. But you can change it in a day, and it’s amazing how much better you feel.”

Holistic nutritionist Carolyn Scott-Hamilton added, “The body and the palette can change within seven days.”
